We regularly get positive feedback about the support that we provide to our churches.  A high level of support has been a key offering since day 1 and it is something we will always continue to provide.

Churches needing help with iKnow Church can contact us in the following ways:

Email - send an email to our support team or complete the helpdesk form

Phone - between 8:30 and 5.00 every weekday you can call and get straight through to a member of our support team, supporting well over 1,000 churches across the UK

Webinars - we regularly run free webinars where we hold live training over the web which you can participate in.  We have a number of webinars coming up soon

Tour Days - we hold events around the country to help churches discover how iKnow can help them. These events run from 9:30 to 3:00 and cover all the different aspects of iKnow Church. Our next event is in London on the 24th January.

For the last 3 years we have also had a number of training videos for churches to watch ondemand and today we are pleased to announce that these have all been redeveloped and are now on our new support site.  Our new support site is the place to go for all iKnow Church training needs.

It is separated into sections according to a person's role with the church making it easy for administrators, ministers and team leaders to quickly find what they need.  

Our support site also lists all the upcoming webinars and long with any tour days we are running.
