"iKnow is amazing. It is easy to use. If there is anything you need help with, the support team are always happy to help. You are greeted by a friendly voice, who normally sort any issues there and then, but if something has to be looked into they keep you up to date with their progress. Communication has greatly improved for us for the teams and rotas etc.. I would recommend it to everyone. P.S. They are also experts on GDPR too and were a great support through the period of getting it sorted!!!!"
